Payment

It is possible to pay the hotel bill by Eurocheque card, Mastercard, Visa or cash. Deposits are Euro 50 per person. The payment of the deposit by credit card is possible.

Check-in

Check-in is possible from 3 pm, check-out until 11 am, thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation conditions

Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply. It is possible to avoid cancellation fees with a Neuhaus cancellation insurance. The team will gladly supply further information upon your non-committal enquiry.

Arrival by car

Parking facilities are available at the hotel’s outdoor car park free of charge. There is a fee of Euro 5 per day for the use of the underground car park.

Dogs

Small dogs are welcome at the Hotel Neuhaus. Please bring your own dog basket or dog blanket. The surcharge is Euro 15 per day, pet food not included.
