Children’s playroom:
On the first floor, in front of the swimming pool on your left hand side, there is a nice and comfortable children’s room with plenty of games for our smallest guests.
This is also the meeting point for the children supervision.

The mass in Church Saalbach is every Saturday and Sunday evening at 6pm and Sunday morning at 10.00am.

If you deliver your laundry bag to the Front Desk prior to 9am, your laundry will be returned by 9pm the same day. You will find the price list for this service in your room.

Luggage storage:

Lunch is available from noon until 2pm. Lunch menu provided. In the afternoon we’ll provide a small variation of warm and cold snacks.

Lunch package:
Upon request, we are happy to provide you with a lunch package for Euro 8,50 per piece.

Each room is equipped with a well-stocked mini bar. You will find the price list for the mini bar in your room.

Our spa-ladies will be available for you after you have made an appointment at the Front Desk or personally with them at the Beauty reception in the wellness area.

Parking lot:
We have a complimentary parking lot approx. 100 meters walking distance away from the Hotel as well as a fee required garage for Euro 12,00 per car per day. If the garage should be full, you can park in the public parking garage called “Zentrum” in the drive tunnel.

Pets:
Behaved and House trained pets are welcome in the Hotel Neuhaus for a small fee of Euro 15,00 per pet per day (food won’t be provided). We ask you, in consideration of other guests, not to bring your pets with you to the restaurant, the wellness or beauty area.
To walk your dog, please, use the nearby forest and not the city centre of Saalbach. Thank you.

Our restaurants are open daily from noon until 10pm.
Dress code: Please don’t wear swimwear during breakfast or dinner.
If you want to have dinner somewhere else during your stay arrangement, please contact the Front Desk one day ahead until 6pm and we are happy to credit you Euro 11,00 per person.

Room- and hotel-key card:
The key card for your room also closes and opens the Hotel entrance,
which will be closed at midnight.
Please take your key card with you while leaving the room.
Upon departure and checkout, your room key must be returned to the front desk. We will charge a fee of Euro 5,00 on your bill if not returned.

Room service:
You can enjoy your meals and drinks not only in the restaurant but also in your room. For a small extra charge of Euro 2,50 per bill, we are happy to provide room service.

Safe:
There is a safe in every room, which is complimentary. The instructions are written on the safe door.
The Front Desk staff are happy to assist you in case of any problems.

Ski bus:
There are different ski bus numbers which have different stops.
Please, ask at the Front Desk for any additional information. The time schedule will be on the backside of the skiing maps.

Ski cellar:
The entrance is beside the hotel. Please buy your lock (Euro 9,00) at the reception. These locks can also be used in other places of the ski area. So your skis are safe and you don’t have to worry. Of course we also rent locks for Euro 5,00.

Ski rental:
At Sport Mode Steger shop you will get professional service and advice. Opening times: daily from 8 am to 6pm
Hotel guests get a voucher for a 10% discount on ski rental.

All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. We also ask you, not to smoke in our restaurants or at the bar out of consideration to other guests.
In rooms with a balcony, the ashtray is provided on the balcony. For all guests in rooms without a balcony, the terrace is suggested.

For a small appetite we do have a special afternoon menu. Additional we serve our guests daily from 4 pm to 5pm a delicious ski snack – you can choose between savoury and sweet.

Solarium:
The solarium is situated on the 1st floor – in the wellness area.
You can get coins for Euro 8,00 per coin at the Front Desk.

Swimming pool:
Our swimming pool is on the first floor.

We ask you not to bring the towels from the wellness area into your room.
